Executive Director - Derek Ventnor

Derek was appointed Executive Director in November, 2006. Derek brings over 20 years local, provincial and national level rowing experience to the position. Derek can be contacted at dir@rowontario.ca.

Administrative Assistant - Jessica Perry

Jessica has recently graduated from Durham College with a diploma in Sport Management. In previous positions held with the Federation du Sport Francophone de L’Alberta and the Canadian Sports Centre Ontario, she has developed the skills and expertise required to manage the Administrative Assistant position at our office very well. Jessica will be managing our registration and program databases as well as performing various other administrative duties. Jessica can be reached via email at admin@rowontario.ca.

Provincial Coach - Phil Marshall

ROWONTARIO is proud to announce that Mr. Phil Marshall has been named as our  Provincial Coach. Phil brings an extensive coaching background to this position and we are excited about the new programming that Phil will be implementing in the areas of Athlete and Coaching Development, Athlete Identification, the OAAP program, Canada Games Team Development and several other initiatives that will be announced in the weeks and months ahead.
