Charitable Tax Receipts

Having the ability to issue tax receipts to donors can be a powerful fundraising tool, and particularly important in a capital-intensive sport like rowing.

Through the Sport Is Development Fund, ROWONTARIO's member clubs may apply directly to the Sport Alliance of Ontario (of which it is a member) in order to have charitable tax receipts issued to their donors.

Main features include: relatively quick application turnaround time, a competitive 3% commission on donations, $2 per receipt issued.
