2010-2011 ROWONTARIO Club Registration Form

To all Ontario member clubs,

At the 2008 ROWONTARIO Training Conference and AGM, there was discussion during one of the plenary sessions about the current registration system and improvements the clubs would like to see.

During that session, Ron Pidgen of the Orillia Rowing Club talked about the database system he has designed for managing registration at his home club and offered to share that system with the other member clubs of ROWONTARIO.

Please find attached the user manual for the system designed by Ron. As you will see, Ron has produced a user-friendly system that addresses the registration needs at the club level and also incorporates the tools necessary to easily submit club registration data to ROWONTARIO and Rowing Canada Aviron.

If you are interested in using this system at your own club, please contact Ron directly and he will gladly provide you with the information necessary to obtain the files to run this program.

Ron has also offered to provide technical support to any club who wishes to use this system to manage their registration.
