Coaches are crucial to the development of our sport. Recreational coaches often guide the basic introductory rowing experience for our new members and are key to membership growth. Recreational coaches are also involved with the large segment of the rowing community involved in the Active for Life stage of LTAD. Recreational coaches work with those who “row for fun/fitness” and may or may not compete in house or at recreational events.
