Club RegistrationClub Registration is available for 2011/2012. Clubs please complete the excelsheet and registration form. Please also be sure to review the registration policy for 2011.
Additions to Membership: Any additions to your roster after you have subitted it can be done but just filling out a new excel spreadsheet with only the new addiitons and upgrades. Annual Membership Dues: The club membership has been invoiced and mailed to clubs for April 1, 2011. If you have not recieved your invoice please contact us for a new copy. Submission Dates: The submission dates for 2011 have now passed. Please ensure your membership roster is completely submitted to ROWONTARIO. Invoices: Clubs will receive an invoice after each submission. Invoices will be sent by email to the Club registrar on file or club treasurer. Payments: ROWONTARIO accepts payment by cheque. 1- Club Registration Form with your club's up to date contact information (this will be published on the ROWONTARIO website). 2- Club Fee- invoices are sent on April 1st. 3- Submit Club Registration Roster- submit your registration roster with by the submission deadlines as outlined in teh registration policy.
