Shells and Sails: A Capacity Building, Club Development and Participation Initiative
The Shells and Sails initiative is a brand new undertaking for ROWONTARIO. It is based on a partnership with Ontario Sailing and aimed at increasing capacity, services, development and participation in rowing and sailing in Ontario.
Initiative Status: We are in the planning stage and recruiting clubs interested in being involved in the Pilot stage.
