This 4-hour clinic is an introduction to becoming a rowing Umpire. On completion of the Clinic, you will be an Assistant Umpire (Level 1) and will be able to work, along with an RCA licensed umpire (Level 2) at the Start, Finish and Control Commission for any regatta.
After working at least five shifts at the Start, Finish, and Control Commission, and one experience on the water, you will have the opportunity to go to a full-day Level 2 Clinic.
