Request an Evaluation
With the overall goal of improving umpiring in Canada, a regular and continuous evaluation of umpires is conducted by RCA Umpire Clinicians.
According to the RCA Umpire Evaluation Policy, Level 2 Licensed Umpires are to be evaluated at three out of five (control commission, judge at the start, on-water umpire and finish judge) stations, once every three years. Evaluations shall be performed by RCA Level 4 Clinicians.
If you require an evaluation, please contact the Chief Umpire at the next regatta you will be attending, and the Chief Umpire will work with Row Ontario to arrange for a clinician to facilitate your evaluation.
