Join us for the second annual junior training camp designed for rowers of all levels. This comprehensive event combines meaningful training with insightful classroom sessions to enhance your physical and mental prowess in the sport.
Event Highlights:
- Two Ergometer Training Sessions: Run by University and Performance coaches giving motivational and technical feedback.
- Four (30 minute) Classroom Sessions: Choose from sessions on nutrition, rigging, strength and conditioning and postsecondary rowing.
- Lunch and Snacks: Refuel and recharge with delicious and nutritious meals.
