Coaching Workshops

Row Ontario works with our member clubs across the province to host National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) workshops. The NCCP has been identified as a world leader in coach education and their workshops are designed for all types of coaches at every level. Row Ontario, in partnership with Rowing Canada Aviron, is proud to support coach education and professional development by delivering NCCP workshops via our exceptional group of trained and experienced coach developers.

Row Ontario strives to schedule NCCP workshops, including Learn-to-Row Coach, RCA Coach Weekend #1, RCA Coach Weekend #2, and the NCCP Make Ethical Decisions module, based on demand across the province.

Looking for a specific coaching workshop? Check out our schedule of upcoming NCCP workshops.

Don’t see what you’re looking for? Please let us know what workshop(s) you are looking for and where you would like to see it delivered.

While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, please note that our ability to do so might not be immediate. We may have to wait until there is enough demand in a region, or until there is a Learning Facilitator available to deliver the workshop. If we cannot accommodate your request immediately or in the near future, we will gladly keep you posted on any available options (virtual or in a nearby region) that may be a suitable alternative.
