RCA Learn To Row Coach Workshop

RCA Learn to Row Coach is an NCCP-Instruction pathway best suited for coaches working with beginner rowers and/or those not preparing for competition.

Please be advised we have an in-person LTR Coach workshop scheduled in Toronto on March 7th. If you’re located in the GTA, please consider registering for the in-person workshop to save virtual slots for those outside the GTA. You can register for the in-person LTR Coach workshop in Toronto here.

Pre-requisites for Attending:

• Create an account and register with RCA as a coach
• Register in “The Locker”
• Obtain/verify Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC) and provide to your Provincial Rowing Association

ELearning Pre-Requisites:

• Complete NCCP Coach Initiation in Sport eLearning Module
• Complete RCA Rowing Essentials eLearning Modules
• Complete MED evaluation
  • Modules available through CAO (Coaches can challenge the evaluation without attending a module for a fee of $85 and will have 2 attempts to reach passing grade of 75%. Coaches who attend module will be able to access evaluation at no additional cost and will have unlimited attempts to reach passing grade.)

Date: February 12, 19, 26 (Participants must attend all three sessions in order to receive credit for the workshop.)
