
Registration Opens for 2025 RowOn Coaching Conference
The 2025 RowOn Coaching Conference is just under two months away and registration is now open for the full slate of sessions at the Conference.
Headlined by keynote speakers Louise Kingsley (Performance Director – GB Rowing) and Arshay Cooper (Award-winning Author), the Conference will take place December 6-7 in Thorold, ON at the Four Points By Sheraton – St. Catharines Niagara Suites. The Conference features two days of sessions for the first time in 2025, and tickets are now available for the annual event, with one- and two-day individual ticket options as well as a group ticket for the full Conference.
In addition to the keynote speakers, the Conference will feature a mix of breakout sessions with interesting and relevant topics for coaches, delivered by speakers from inside and outside the rowing world. Other highlights for the 2025 Conference include:
- Early Bird registration prices for the Conference which will be in effect until Friday, Oct. 31. Group ticketing options and registrations for newly NCCP-certified coaches (2025) are also available at a discounted rate.
- More Options: Most breakout sessions will run twice throughout the Conference schedule, making sure you won’t miss a session you want to attend!
- Two limited-participation fireside chat sessions with Louise Kingsley and the Technique Panel on Sunday afternoon. Fireside tickets are sold separately and feature early bird pricing.
- A ‘Coaching Summit’ on Friday, Dec. 5 – The Coaching Summit will bring together interested coaches across the province who are interested in discussing the current state of rowing in Ontario and Canada. Attendees who participate in the Coaching Summit will receive $10 off their registration fee.
- Saturday Night Social – Unwind and socialize with your rowing colleagues at the Saturday Night Social!
- Whova App – The Conference will once again be run through the WHOVA App (available in mobile and web versions), which will become the all-in-one go-to place for attendees to register, choose their sessions, review speaker bios and session descriptions, and receive communication pre-, during and post-event.
The 2025 RowOn Coaching Conference is a unique opportunity for all levels of coaches, from beginners to veterans, to gain valuable professional development, enhance knowledge, and learn from an esteemed group of presenters from throughout the rowing world and beyond.
