Ontario Rowing Summit

With the goal of bringing community members and key partners from across the province together, the Ontario Rowing Summit will see the Ontario rowing community engage in meaningful discussions about the current state of rowing in Ontario and collaborate on strategies to strengthen and advance the sport for years to come.

All Ontario rowing community members, including athletes, parents, coaches, club administrators, club leaders, umpires, regatta organizers, and others involved with the sport are invited to attend the Summit.

Ontario Rowing Community Survey

As we prepare for the upcoming Ontario Rowing Summit, we are reaching out to you – the dedicated athletes, coaches, umpires, volunteers, and supporters who make up our vibrant rowing community. We are seeking your valuable input to help shape the discussions and topics at this important event.

We have created a survey seeking input from everyone in the Ontario rowing community – all roles, all levels of experience – in advance of the Summit. We need to hear from you and only request that you be honest and forthcoming, while respectful in your answers. The survey should take around 15-20 minutes to complete, depending on how detailed you are in your answers. Your responses will remain confidential, and the collective findings will be presented as part of the Summit.

The link to the Survey can be found below, please submit the survey no later than Wednesday, Sept. 30.

Ontario Rowing Summit Survey

General Registration

General Registration is open to everyone in the Ontario rowing community and will be done on a first-come, first served basis. If attendance reaches capacity, a waiting list will be created in the order of registration.

All registrations will be free of charge. Once you are registered you are expected to attend. If after registering, you determine you cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible and your spot will be passed on to the next person on the wait list.

Note: Member Clubs and Organizations submitting registrations through the Member Club/Organization Registration do not need to also register those names through General Registration.

Note: Registration for the Summit does not give you access to attend the HOF Induction Ceremony. You must purchase tickets to the HOF Ceremony.

Row Ontario Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony

The Row Ontario Hall of Fame induction ceremony for the 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 Classes will take place on Saturday evening at the Jordan Hotel. The esteemed group of inductees who will be honoured during the ceremony can be found below.

Dinner will be included for all attendees of the Hall of Fame induction ceremony. Tickets for the Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony can be purchased at the below link.

Note: Purchasing tickets for the HOF Induction Ceremony does not give you access to attend the Ontario Rowing Summit. You must register for the Ontario Rowing Summit separately.
