Webinar Series – Navigating Governance
For the second consecutive year, Row Ontario and Ontario Sailing are partnering with sport consultant Stephanie Geosits, owner of All About Sports, to present Navigating Governance—a virtual education webinar series designed to empower and support our member organizations and their boards.
This series will explore key topics in sport governance, offering practical tools and expert insights to help clubs and associations strengthen their leadership, improve organizational effectiveness, and make informed decisions. The webinars are open for all club leaders to attend, however the target audience for these webinars are current Presidents, Vice President’s, Treasurer’s, Financial Contacts and Secretaries.
The schedule for the webinar series is as follows:

- January 11, 2027 – Beyond the AGM – Successful Leadership Transitions
- March 15, 2027 – Navigating Municipal Relationships
- April 12, 2027 – Building a Volunteer Culture
